El Seibo Resiliente
El Seibo Resiliente is a project of the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Environment. Its mission: restore and protect ecosystems so the communities of El Seibo can withstand climate change and natural disasters.
El Seibo feels the climate head-on. Ranching, fishing, and tourism — the livelihood of its people — all hinge on an environment that's changing fast. The platform rallies everyone around a single cause.
The Challenge
Urgency and hope, in balance
Climate change threatens. The project fighting it inspires. Both had to come through at once: a clear, minimalist visual language that conveyed the urgency without letting go of the hope of recovery.
Add a government mandate. The platform had to meet NORTIC standards and the Dominican government's transparency requirements, and go live fast. We built it for both.

Information architecture
First, put it in order. We defined what information leads and how it flows, grounded in usability principles and a brand with a character of its own. That architecture is what holds the whole site together.
We worked in Figma, right in the client's browser. Every review, every decision, visible to both sides and all in one place. The project moves forward without friction.
We built a style tailored to the project. Design and experience woven together, so the initiative looks coherent on every screen and true to what the Ministry stands for.
