Acceptance
By hiring a service or using this site, you accept these terms. If you are hiring on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
Our services
Zagirova provides software engineering, e-commerce, integrations, AI automation, domain registration and hosting, among others. The exact scope of every project is agreed in writing before work starts; anything outside that scope is not considered included.
Domains
- The domain is registered in the client's name: you are always the owner and you can transfer it.
- The price shown covers the first year and the setup. We notify you of renewals ahead of each expiration date.
- Availability is confirmed at the moment of the search; registration is completed the same business day after payment.
- Once registered, a domain is non-refundable (registration with the corresponding authority is final).
Hosting
- Plans are billed annually; the price shown is the monthly equivalent of the annual plan.
- After payment we set up your account and send you the credentials, usually the same business day.
- Migrating an existing site is included at no cost in every plan.
- Use must be lawful: illegal content, or anything that compromises server security, may lead to suspension of the service.
Payments and billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We bill in United States dollars (USD) or Dominican pesos (DOP) depending on the case. The price you see is the final price, with no hidden fees.
We issue the corresponding tax receipts, including Dominican electronic invoicing (e-CF) where it applies.
Refunds and cancellations
- Domains: non-refundable once registered.
- Hosting: you can cancel the renewal at any time; the period already paid stays active until it expires.
- Custom projects: the initial deposit covers the diagnostic and kickoff work; cancellation terms are set out in each project proposal.
Ownership of the work
Once the agreed payment is complete, the delivered work becomes yours, except for third-party or general-purpose components (libraries, frameworks and internal tooling) that keep their original license. We may show the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We put the greatest care into every project, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results or the uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Santo Domingo, without prejudice to first seeking a good-faith resolution.
