Privacy policy
Your trust includes your data. Here is what we collect, what for, and the control you keep over it — without the jargon.
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Who is responsible
The party responsible for processing your data is Zagirova, with offices at Ave. Roberto Pastoriza 869, Evaristo Morales, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For anything related to your data, you can write to us at hi@zagirova.com.
This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need in order to help you:
- Contact forms: your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and the message you send us.
- Domain and hosting purchases: account holder name, email and phone. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Site usage: technical and analytics data (pages viewed, approximate device) in aggregate form, to improve the experience.
What we use it for
- Answering your questions and following up on your project.
- Setting up and running the services you hire (domain, hosting).
- Issuing receipts and meeting tax and accounting obligations.
- Improving our site and our services.
On what basis we do it
We process your data with your consent (when you write to us or hire us), to perform a contract (when we deliver a service), and to meet legal obligations. Processing is governed by Law 172-13 on the protection of personal data of the Dominican Republic. If you reside elsewhere, you may exercise the rights your local law grants you by writing to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
Your rights
At any time you can access your data, correct it, request its deletion and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to hi@zagirova.com and we will get back to you shortly.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access control and backups — to protect your data. No system is infallible, but we handle your information with the same care we apply to the systems we run for our clients.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
