The project

RLR · Dr. Roque L. Rodríguez

RLR Immigration is an immigration law firm with twenty-four years of practice, led by Dr. Roque Leonel Rodríguez. It guides people through some of the most sensitive processes of their lives, with a specialized team and a reputation earned case by case.

The brief was clear: rebuild the firm's digital presence — the front door for most of its clients — so it carried the same authority and warmth as the practice itself.

Process and development

Research and strategy redesign

Before designing anything, we measured. Market analysis, a close study of the competition, and a detailed definition of every user profile.

The goal: put the firm's twenty-four years of experience to work in a client-centered site — one that informs, guides and builds trust from the very first minute.

SWOT analysis of the firm

The challenge

Communicate trust, get the technical right

The site had to do two things at once: project trust and rigor, and treat with care clients who are going through sensitive legal processes. None of this is decorative — it decides whether a visitor stays or leaves.

Then came the technical side: connecting bookings, billing and case management without friction. And standing out in a market where long-established firms compete.

The redesign challenge

Market analysis

Studying the competition

We took a hard look at the leading immigration law firms: their digital presence, their offering and how they engage with clients. This phase proved decisive — it revealed the gaps in the market and where the opportunity was.

The findings set the course. What was missing was a warmer experience, clear navigation and content that genuinely guides. The foundation for outperforming the industry standard.

UI/UX Design · Wireframe

From sketch to structure

Before design, structure. The wireframe laid out the site's blueprint: the position of every element and the path a user follows before taking action.

We refined it over several iterations, until every page earned its keep. That let us test usability early — on solid ground, not on assumptions.

UI/UX Design

From information to interface

This is where the findings become an interface. We built an engaging, intuitive experience: a harmonious palette, elegant typography and a clean, uncluttered structure that's easy to move through.

The goal was to convey trust without slowing anyone down. Calls to action in plain sight, well-placed forms and carefully considered details that elevate the interaction — and keep it within reach of clients at any level of tech comfort.

Web development

A robust, scalable platform

We built a solid, scalable site: a custom theme, powerful plugins and features designed around the firm's day-to-day operation. Clear navigation, responsive design, and performance and security to match.

Booking and billing

A legal process is intimidating enough already. So we integrated a booking system that schedules appointments without friction: clients book their consultation when it suits them, no phone call required.

We added a secure billing system that keeps payments in order, accepts multiple payment methods and protects client data. Less administrative load, more efficiency — and an operation that moves on its own.

Case management

Integrated legal software

Case management is the heartbeat of any law firm. We integrated specialized software that reorganized the workflow: case tracking, documents and client communication, all in one place.

With routine tasks automated, the team focuses on what it does best: advocating for its clients. And the service shows it.

Additional integrations

A connected ecosystem

To close the loop, we added a CRM that organizes every client relationship and speeds up communication. Email keeps the audience current on legal news.

And analytics keeps a close watch on the site: performance, user behavior and conversions. Data that lets the strategy be refined continuously — not just once.

A new digital era

The new site opened a new chapter for the firm. The impact was immediate: traffic climbed, engagement improved and appointments multiplied.

Clients praised how easy it is to use and the convenience of handling bookings and payments online. A site that doesn't just look the part — it pulls its weight in the firm's operation every single day.
